I knelt down to investigate. As I pulled up the board, taped to the underside, was an envelope with the words: "TravlinBug'z" in child's handwriting. Inside we could feel a key. "We found it dad !!” We rushed over to the trunk and put the key in the lock. CLICK !! We smiled at each other, and I pulled open the heavy lid. Inside, there were a journal and old photographs. We dug deeper into the trunk and wrapped in old newspaper,
"A key !! We need a key !!”
The search began. We looked everywhere high and low. Finally walking back over to the trunk, my daughter stepped on a loose squeaky board.
