The Story
OUR STORY
Years passed, and Claude was only heard from, in letters to Father, which he would read to me. “I am working on something.” Claude’s letters would say, and nothing more really, except, “Be ready soon.” While Father lived for adventure, fatherhood suited him well. In the meantime, that mishap with the magnifying glass years ago drove Claude’s passion. He spent the years trying to find a solution that would protect the species he studied.
You see, in the factory the day they parted, Claude had had a vision. He realized that he needed someone to help him create his masterpiece. In that dingy ship’s factory, he met a young and talented machinist named VICTOR SPOIL'Z. Victor was young, but had already made a name for himself, much as Claude did in surpassing his own father. A friendship had been quickly forged.Plans for the future developed.
